Details? Who cares about details?

Thank you to the Strategic Planning Society for reminding me of my membership number (I didn't even know I was a member) in a letter. Next time, perhaps you will include in your strategic planning the necessity to affix a stamp, or, even better, send an email. Or are these the kind of details that do not concern strategic planners? It concerned me. I had to pay the postage and handling fee. I suppose I should plan a strategy for getting it back.
